We do our best to get the word out to the media about the benefits of remote service software.  A recent example is a story in Computerworld titled "Remote monitoring software improves patient care, efficiency at cancer center".  The article focused on Varian SmartConnect, told from the perspective of the end customer.

We have had articles in tech publications before, but usually about our customers who sell IT equipment.  As remote service becomes more mainstream, we expect to see more articles like this where broader publications like Computerworld cover this area as opposed to vertical market publications. This is further evidence of the growing acceptance of remote service across industries.
