Today we announced an alliance with Deloitte to provide a platform for connecting to intelligent assets, wherever and whatever they may be. This is the first time that a large system integrator has made a major commitment to the emerging M2M market. The strategic acumen of Deloitte combined with the deep product and customer experience of Axeda creates the critical mass needed to deliver enterprise-class solutions.

For our current market of providing remote service solutions (aka Smart Services) to product manufacturers, this means we can now expand to products that move, or are in remote locations. This alliance also opens up our solution to owners and operators of assets that want to optimize intelligent asset usage around the world.
